Malecare's Prostate Cancer Trial Finder is designed to be privacy-first. We do not require an account to search for trials.

What we collect

• Anonymous usage analytics (page views, button clicks).
• The medical summary and questionnaire answers you submit are saved to our secure database so that our team can review searches, improve matching quality, and follow up if you have chosen to share your email. Submissions are linked to an anonymous session identifier, not to your identity, unless you provide your email.
• The text you submit is also sent to our AI software to compute results.

De-identification

We de-identify all collected data. Submissions are stored against an anonymous session identifier rather than your name, and we do not ask for your name, date of birth, address, or medical record number. If you choose to share your email address, it is stored only so our team can contact you about this trial finder, and it is never combined with your medical summary for any public, research, or marketing reporting.

Who can see your submission

Only authorized Malecare staff members with an admin account can view stored submissions, including an email address you have chosen to provide and the search criteria you entered. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
